About Alexandra Nasta

Alex Nasta is the Founder and CEO of Common Ground Consulting. She founded Common Ground Consulting after 7 years as a Program Manager and Communications Professional in the Department of Defense.

Alex graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, where she majored in Aviation Administration and received her Private Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating. After joining the workforce, she returned to school and earned her Master of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Strategic Communications and Public Relations from Purdue University in 2023.

Common Ground Consulting was born out of Alex’s passion for serving others, and after living in Washington, D.C., where she witnessed firsthand the division that arose when there was no willingness to find common ground and work together for a cause. Common Ground Consulting was designed to be the common ground needed to secure funding for organizations and to develop strategic communication needed to reach their audiences. We are proud to work with organizations across all sectors, including government, agriculture, non-profits, and more.

Alex is a proud Navy spouse and currently resides in California with her husband, three dogs, and two cats. In her spare time, she enjoys renovating their 1976 Dodge Sportsman camper, antiquing, running, and kickboxing.
