Our Story
Common Ground Consulting was founded on a simple belief: organizations doing meaningful work deserve a trusted partner to help them grow.
Throughout our careers, we have worked alongside nonprofits, community organizations, government agencies, small businesses, and mission-driven leaders who are passionate about making a difference. Time and again, we saw the same challenge—great organizations with incredible ideas often lacked the time, capacity, or specialized expertise to pursue new opportunities, secure funding, build strategic partnerships, or bring ambitious projects to life.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Common Ground Consulting was created to bridge that gap by providing the strategic support organizations need to move from vision to action. As founders, Alexandra Nasta and Sofia Gudino bring complementary backgrounds in strategic communications, business development, healthcare, operations, grant development, government, aviation, community engagement, and organizational strategy. Together, we combine thoughtful planning with practical execution to help organizations navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and build a stronger future.
